The Klein Tool addiction thread! :)

Is it me? Or does Klein just seem to be throwing every possible new idea against the wall to see what sticks? I mean I love new tool innovation, but fewer, better thought out tools would be my preference.

Latest tool additions... Capri's new locking (and free mode) flex head comfort grip ratchets... Quite nice! Semi deep 3/8 sockets as well

    Tools of Japan

Tsunoda makes some great pliers of course, but I just picked up a set of their hex T-handles to check out... As with their plier tools, design and execution is amazing.

First impression of ICON G2 ratchets

See now I really dislike the Matco ratchets... Heck, I'd rather use most Pittsburgh ratchets than a Matco. But love Snappy dual 80's, Icon G2's, and Koken Z's. So yeah, I guess there is a ratchet for every preference.

Picked up the Icon 1/2" Digital Angle Torque wrench yesterday... Still pricey at $275 on sale but 1/3 the price of a Snappy. I still prefer split beams for most things, but wanted a digital angle torque for the box as well.

First impression of ICON G2 ratchets

Snap On does the EXACT same thing, I've had plenty of SO tools, ratchets in particular, that when they finally gave up were longer in production and replaced with current equivalent. EXACTLY what HF does, case in point, the HF G1 ratchets are now being warrantied out with G2 replacements.

if the metric were at the price point... sure. But yet another set of unused SAE wrenches, no matter how good of a deal? Pass.

The Fujiya Kurokin is the only new one, but I compared it to the Twingrip 150 and Engineer PZ-58 in a recent video.

Yes, Olsa recently released a full nano socket set very similar to the Astro, though they don't offer any matching wrenches.

I'm not sure I fully understand the use-case, but for super-tight limited access to a spark plug, how about the shallowest spark plug socket you have coupled with an Astro 17mm nano wrench and adapter set? It even has a wobble version adapter.

    (re-)Discovering T-handles

I picked up one of these recently, actually the identical Wurth version. Can be used in ratchet, driver, or t-handle configurations... Demo'ed it in a recent video. Cool Tool!

Gotcha... I've bought stuff from MrWorker before, my USAG wrenches. Current pricing isn't ideal with the import costs and shipping.
