    It's not going to bring the temperature down until it brings the humidity down. Is it pulling alot of water out of the air? Also running that set up only for an hour won't do much. Run it overnight.

    Leak Stop Bad. Going to block up the metering device. The leak may happen only when running. Check the high side lines(the warm one) with dishsoap and water mixture.

    Sounds like its in the wall. Alot cheaper to rerun the lineset than open up the walls. If ithe installation is new the lineset probably has a trim nail in it.

    Even 115 is pretty hot for infloor heat. You say heating the shop. Sounds like you turn it off. A heating system like this is designed to be left on at a steady temperature. Takes a long time to heat the concrete slab.
