I'm looking at a number of Milwaukee chargers on eBay. While they all appear the same, the part numbers are different. Any thoughts on what the differences are and which charger I should be looking for.
I'm looking for a starter set for my brother in-law. great guy but has cheap tools. Whenever I go to his house I bring my own tools. How do the current Kobalt tools compare to the Husky line?

Yes it did, but it kept trying different stores in my area and finally one showed up. One HD store tried to locate one in another store but couldn't find any.
After finding one about 25 miles from me but somewhat on the way to work, I picked one up this morning at 7:30. Even the girl at the customer service counter at HD commented on what a good deal it was. Now I just need to smuggle it into the basement!
I was at the Carlisle car swap meet yesterday and a vendor there had the Kobalt tool carts for sale asking $130.00. If you like tools, there are always numerous tool vendors at the Carlisle events.
Best price I found for the mobile cart in Eastern ma and RI is $64.00 in north Providence. Was there yesterday and picked up a Kobalt spark plug set for $11.97, but I had to find them myself in outdoor power equipment on a end cp.
