Mix a red bag of quickcrete with two 80 lb bags. It will setup much faster and you can hang on it within an hour or so. I used to build fences for a living and this was my go to method. Dig and set post before lunch, come back after and cut and hand everything else. I just mixed it in a wheelbarrow.
