    2 compressors on 1 tank???

it's just a question of whether or not the tank can handle the increased volume. i have seen industrial setups that have six 300 HP compressors feeding one gigantic tank the size of a garage (can't tell you the exact size). if you can get it hooked up and the tank can handle it, i don't see why not.

Know anything about this Craftsman screwdriver?

You can get really nice Yankee screwdriver sets from Garret Wade as well as drill braces (hand drills) and Yankee drills. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    What brand is this?

I guess I could have done that but it wouldn't have been an excuse to post on GJ then ;-) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    What brand is this?

Eh not entirely. It's Fast Track, mostly how to use The Audi scan tool, how to read German wiring diagrams, basic electrical, etc. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Used tool stores.

Id like to know this too. My father in law opened his own machine shop with a few partners a long time ago and they do very well. He has great business sense and acumen and I want to run the idea by him. He has been looking for a small 'fun' business to start in his old age as he prepares to...

    What brand is this?

So I'm at Audi training and they have these screwdrivers. They have Torx, Phillips and flatheads but I can't find a brand name anywhere on them. They aren't incredible quality but the flames on the grip are kind of neat and I'm really curious if anyone here knows what brand they are. Sent...

    Used tool stores.

So, in my never-ending adventures of the mind (where I constantly am thinking about things to do) and in the interest of someday being a business owner (which has been a dream of mine for a while) I have recently come across the idea of used tool stores. The problems I can think of that would...

    First truck brand ratchet

I use the Carlyle 90T 3/8 and it is fantastic. Quality build, comfortable grip, and very strong. I give it hell every day at work. And as a DIYer you don't have to chase down a truck to get help if something goes wrong with it, just take it to your local NAPA.

    Worth buying SAE?

The only input I have is when I work used cars at work, even all the American brands use metric fasteners. I want to get a set of SAE sockets myself just to be prepared but when I do, I won't be spending as much on the SAE set as I did on my metric stuff. Obviously when it comes to heavy...

    New From MAC Tools

You know, as much as I love Mac, I don't think I'll be jumping in on this one just yet. I have the Carlyle 90T ratchet, and I give that thing absolute hell and it has not failed on me. Just bought the Carlyle swivel-head, and I expect the same performance from it, too. But hot damn those comfort...

    New job as dealership tech

I'm an apprentice at an Audi dealer. I was an aircraft electrician for six years and a staff sergeant when I was honorably discharged so my training mainly consists of taking what I know and applying it to cars. I've only been at it for 2 months but here's my advice: Don't just blindly buy...

    Show off your.... Carlyle Tools!!!

Went to the local NAPA to get a gold air filter for my car yesterday after work, and noticed the Carlyle tools behind the counter. I had never heard of Carlyle, but my interest was piqued - I have been looking for a good long-handled, comfort grip low-profile ratchet that doesn't cost as much...
