I got a heater like the one you have pictured it is a 40k and after 15 minutes its nice and toasty (2 car garage) once it is warm enough for me I switch over to a small heater to maintain the temp.
i've used a 2135 for 6 years, it might be as powerful as a 231 but it weighs 1 lb less I own both. I work with guys who bought snap-on guns and they keep having to get them repaired. I believe the 2135max has an extra vane, 6 instead of 5. Something to consider when shoping is parts availablity...
try these, I have a Matco branded set they work good. you can even reuse the stud, might want to heat the stud before hand in case it's been in there awhile.

Don't cheap out on a set of these. Buying cheap snap ring pliers causes frustration, I bought 3 different Matco pliers that change with just a quarter turn screw, and never had a complaint. KD used to make good tools but am unimpressed with most of the stuff they make these days.
