This is what I thought but handle mount is different

I picked up this 60lb+ monster on a sale last week. Everything points me to Wilton (including base mount) but I cannot find any name bedsides "Made in the USA" and generic for this size numbers. Could somebody please help me?

Here is one I've recently found. Does anybody knows about this specific handle shape? Doesn't look like standard Chas Parker handle. Any ideas?

Recently picked up this Hibbard vise, doesn't look like Hibbard Spencer Bartlett (True Value). Any ideas?
