My current "day job" is in IT. Previously I worked with Building Automation Systems (BAS) programming and commissioning commercial installations. I am a stereo-typical "Tool-Guy" and very much enjoy shop projects, enhancing the automation system in my home, wood working, metal and sheet metal work.

I have professional experience in BAS & IT but am an aspiring amateur in all other areas of "the shop".
