Well, I took the ratchet apart and cleaned things out and lubed it but the ratchet and pawl had some flattened or well worn places. Even at 50 lbs it slips in the wrong place on the ratchet. I'm searching for a kit on ebay but to no avail so far. I will look at Team Torque. Thanks to everyone!
