The quality of the Ernst gear was better than expected. The rails are magnetized, and the socket holders snap on hard, and stay put, You can move them when you want to, but other than that, they are not moving. Their stuff is really well thought out.

thats the joke around here. lol. my last floor was similar and never had a problem in a year. at worst, you put your head low and look across the floor and anything is easy to find. you could go with a less complex color scheme and not have to worry at all tho. this new floors's "cool"...

i sanded the floor, with a floor polisher and 36 grit paper, then mopped with xylene, then primed. Then the metallics went down.

As far as being labor intensive, I will say this, If have bad concrete, the prep is tough, and you probably would be best with a professional, if your concrete is good, you can completely cruise through it yourself. Sanding, priming, - one man jobs. Metallic effects? - best with 3 men. 1...

So I just did the floor again, and this time I used every last scrap of effect. I did a storm cloud base, With house of smoke effect, but to keep the floor light, i used also storm cloud effect. Came out CRAZY. Way better than the first time.
