Posted this in the Rem Line thread, but figured it should go here as well. 1959 Craftsman 6511 10-Drawer Mechanic's Tool Chest made by Rem Line. Picked it up locally last weekend off FBM, and it's a keeper for sure.
Just picked this up over the weekend in a very lucky local FBM find 30 minutes from my house. 1959 Craftsman 6511 10-Drawer Mechanic's Tool Chest made by Rem Line. Definitely my new favorite.
Found this at the bottom of a tool tote I picked up today at an estate sale for a song. I guess the number is for the length because it's 4" long. Only other marking I can see is the 'Germany'. Six sided shaft.
Yessir.
Craftsman did the same thing, they only had 6pt combos later in the VA line, all combos before that were 12pt as far as I know.
The only Easco 6pt I've found so far is a 9/16" part number 63-818 so I need to add that to the list as well.
Here is what I have been able to come up with so far:
Combo SAE 12pt Wrenches:
63-108 1/4"
63-110 5/16"
63-112 3/8"
63-114 7/16"
63-116 1/2"
63-118 9/16"
63-120 5/8"
63-122 11/16"
63-124 3/4"
63-126 13/16"
63-128 7/8"
63-130 15/16"
63-132 1"
63-134...
