Extreme RX series used to be 20" i believe but I think they're all 25" deep now.

You STILL gotta have SAE. A lot of automotive tools like pullers and presses still use SAE as well as a lot of aftermarket accessories. And as already mentioned trailers.

Gearwrench are shallow broached. There’s also Williams USA. Single 1/4 deep sockets are between $7-8 at pro torque tools. You could economically build a set of just what you need.
For a mechanic the CAT 3 piece plier set is hard to beat. Part number is 233-1639. You get a pair of slip joint, a pair of needle nose and a pair of wire cutters made in the USA by Snap On for right around $100.
Rousseau has a 30”x21” 6 drawer tool cabinet. I can’t find if there is a stainless top available for it but I know they have them for their larger cabinets so it might be worth a call if the rest of it meets your needs...
