I got my daughter that same one for Christmas,I caught it on sale at menards for a few bucks cheaper. I'm thinking it was $63 plus tax at the time.

This has been my experience with them,normally my orders arrive within a few days.

Just made my first SK day order as I missed it last year,I can't wait to see the 36" 3/4"breaker bar live and in person!! Btw it's slighty shorter brother is coming along for the ride as well!:D

Another stihl user here, I'm going on 7years of trouble free service from my ms290. It's earned it's sleeping spot on top the frig.

I've not bought much from them but have been well pleased with what I have bought. Glad to hear they are opening stores and not just doing mail order.

First thing I would do is make sure the motor is turning the right direction. If a universal replacement was used it's quite possible the rotation is reversed. Also check the blade as I recently ran a similar call where the previous tech had put the blade on upside down.
