I think the siding is called Duratemp, almost the same as T1-11. Here is a picture of the deck.

Unfortunately my township restriction is 800 sq ft. For me to fit all my toys in a garage I'd need a 28x48.

The end of day 2. I'm going to build a deck off the backside for exterior access. As far as plans for what I'm doing with the upstairs...I'm using it for storage ;) Can't wait for the deck off the back to enjoy this awesome view

The company that I'm using does do prefab sheds and garages. But they agreed to build my garage on site due to me having a footers and other features that I wanted. The 3 side walls did come prefab'ed from the factory though.

Thanks. The beam is to support the second floor. The roof trusses don't have any knee walls for the floor joist support.

What the crew accomplished by lunch time.

What sort of preparation is required for a new floor if I want to epoxy it? Do I need to diamond-grind it?

The mason added a layer of cement to the outer block. Sometimes they don't add this layer, but I thought it would protect it better and make it look nicer. Once its all done only the top block will be showing, which I may paint a different color.

Party is definitely coming. The inspector not only charges me but then craps and pisses all over my yard. Wish I could have that job.
