They would if they had a 3/8" female square drive in the end for my ratchet like the 1/4" version!

That switch direction is honestly what kept me from buying one too. I'm not a quick release guy either. Too bad because they're great ratchets!

I picked up the rear adjust version. Still not sure if there's any functional difference between the side adjust and rear adjust version.
