I would use at least 6 lollycolums (sp?) to level it and then build up the foundation to hold it. Slowly, you could lift it quite easily.

I am in the process of buying the home I've been renting for the last 5 years. Nice place but no garage. Now I start planning and I hope you guys can help me out. Thanks in advance...Phil
