Okay, so some screwdrivers ended up in my mail box. They don't fit my pallet in my platt, as the handles are too large. Out come the blades. Old p1 measures 0.178" New p1 measures 0.181" Old p2 measures 0.246 New p2 measures 0.250 So you get to hit it a little harder to get them to bottom...

No idea, when the instinct ones arrive I will know if they fit the old handle.

So, today I called customer service for two new blades. Screwdrivers are sddp42 and sddp31. They told me the blades are discontinued for these two.:shocking: They offered to send me the replacement screwdrivers. Only catch is that I really don't like the instinct handle, and have no idea if...

Drill bits are cheep also. I sharpen them all the time. So does everyone else.

So, you have a drawer of pokie handles? Just the ratio of good handles to lousey blades is my problem. What happens if you have a yellow Mac hard handle? Do you trade it in for a red one? Can you get a blade for a Mac hard handle? No. You can get a new entire red screwdriver.

I think everyone know what a dead phillips looks like.

I am well beyond this point. But good for the guys trying to get a few more screws in. With no better option.:):bowdown:

I know we all have a few sitting unloved in our tool box. Does anyone offer a service that regrinds phillips tip back into shape. Good for you favorite screwdriver, that you can't exchange blades any longer.

Don't shoot inside. Wait for a cool fall day and do it outside. Way, way less dust. Much more fun as the painter.
