I installed this lift in my garage. I had a concrete contractor cut the slab, then he used a tractor to set in place. Note Bendpak website has the flush mount dimensions (PDF). you will also need to run a small trench with 2" conduit for air/hydraulic lines to the control unit- so plan for that...
