If you haven't decided on heat yet, and the floor is yet to be done, did you consider doing in floor radiant? Only issue with that is trying to mount anything to (in) the floor slab, like bolting down a piece of equip, but otherwise seems like a good way to go. Nice work on the space btw. Plum
