If anyone is near Paterson, NJ home depot. They have the dremel 4200 tool kit on sale from $130 down to $75. Picked one up myself and looked like they had 2 left.

I also just ordered the 120xp 4pc flex and 3pc standard set. Great prices! Lets hope mine arent as scratched as some of the ones ive seen in this thread.
