USAA in Texas gives us a discount for our Class 3 roof tiles. It would be a larger discount if we had Class 4 impact resistant tiles. The main hazard seems to be hail damage.

Just had a new Mohawk A7 installed. Factory authorized distributor/Installer said to check torque monthly for first six months. Installation of the wedge it anchors (3/4”) was to 150 lbft (I believe) and 75 lb ft re-torque monthly.

Stained the inside of the french doors I made into a non-operable bay of windows in my new garage. Tomorrow-the outside.

Found and bought this at an estate sale last weekend. Prentiss Bulldog 515, I believe. Looks to be in pretty good shape. Does anyone know if this is an original color? There appears to be traces of a silver shade of paint.
