Yeah, the questions above labeled 1 and 2 were pretty much what I emailed them. It isn't the heat / sun with mu install, because they were pointing up / out on install, which was at like 10pm... I was hoping they'd lay down, but they haven't changed.

Re: broken tabs... Susan from bigfloors contacted me - they're going to send some new tiles. I don't expect any issues with the broken tabs, but it'll be nice to have the new ones if I have to pull any. Still not sure about the edges sticking up- and I don't recall if they said they were...
