Do you have a proto dealer in town? If so, check them out as the Proto rep may do something. I believe Proto has life time warranty as long as the tool wasn't abused.

Vinegar does work, but if you want better results use horticultural vinegar. It is a much higher concentration of vinegar and really burns everything. You can find it on Amazon.

Wow, that is a lot of stuff! I agree with having a garage sale. Time to re-organize and cash in on some of these goods.
