Platen Table Tooling - 1.25" Holes

Hi all. I have an older 4' x 6' platen table. Whats different is this had 1.25" square holes. Does anyone know by chance anyone making clamps etc for a 1.25" hole? Most are 1.75 now. Just wanted to exhaust that option before looking at fabbing them. Thanks!

    New Shop Air Line Placement

I've been thinking about just painting the lines...I'm with you on not liking painting but its likely the best option. I was wondering if running it at 4' it would be hidden by alot of my stuff, but wondering how much moisture I'd be dealing with...

    New Shop Air Line Placement

I might be old school but I just dont trust a 100+ psi air line that if by accident a fork lift fork hits it, it's a problem.

    New Shop Air Line Placement

Hi all, so now comes time to run air lines in the shop. Been working with multiple air hoses from the compressor too long! I have a 5hp Devillbiss compressor, from there ill go to a Devillbiss air dryer/cleaner setup. From there it will go to a refrigerated air cooler. My plan is 1" black...

    My New Shop Build - 70' x 80'

Ill have 4 windows in the roll up door in front, 3 in the 10'x 8' going in back. Just trying to keep it as secure as possible. I may decide before tinning inside to put a few more in but would keep them up higher.

    My New Shop Build - 70' x 80'

Sims, the trusses are 24 OC and walls are 16 OC. Good point Skyline. The building is going to be finished tinning on the outside this week then I will plan the power, air and water. Laramie, I just went 2x10 for overall strength with the 18' walls. Overkill I know but I never wanted to...

    My New Shop Build - 70' x 80'

I think I just have to decide on where I actually need water and just run on the outside. I was thinking the same thing, that 10 walls would give enough insulation value but there again, it is receiving no heat from the shop at all, unless like Sims mentioned about ducting in some heat. Not...

    My dream 60x96x16

I absolutely love the epoxy look on the floor. I have heard a lot fore and against. My concrete guy recommended not to. But I believe you like yours right?

    My dream 60x96x16

Hi Sims, I started my 70x80 build...its time to pick your brain if that's ok?! Did you have trouble with installing water lines inside the walls? As far as freezing etc? I would like to keep mine clean looking like yours and install the water, and air lines behind the tin but was a bit nervous.

    My New Shop Build - 70' x 80'

I have a 28x32 right now but its a hip roof, quanset style, so you lose quite a bit due to the curve of the walls. But ive certainly made due for years! I just never wanted to say damn, I wish it was bigger. I spent a lot of time with graph paper and made pieces of my equipment and cars to...

    My New Shop Build - 70' x 80'

I am now trying to decide where to run the water (hot and cold) and air lines. Would I be safe running them inside the walls? I plan on boarding the walls with tin over. I like having a clean look of no pipes running around the perimeter. But was I bit nervous about running water lines...

    My New Shop Build - 70' x 80'

Well like I said, it started off steel, then switched to wood. It was about $2400 to go from 2x4 to 2x6 then $2500 again to go up to 2x10. It was one of those things that in 10 years I didn't want to wish I had spent $5000 more to go thicker and taller. This is going to be part...
