I checked and i still see the bracket bolted on the door and also the trolley seems to be secured too.The other thing i notice is the sag in the chain. And yes this worked fine for almost 8-9 year before stopping today

I see what you mean. let me check if the bracket came off and flipped over , I thought that the arm looked weird as there was no way for me to even pull the emergency handle.
