The Gimmick Tool addiction thread! :)

Funny reading this thread after I cleaned out unused tools out of my tool boxes last weekend. I got rid of more than just these. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Added side shells to the ceiling racks I built a few months back. As a result, got rid of a bunch of **** and got the garage organized and clean. Bad news is discovered a pin hole leak in the bottom of my craftsman air compressor tank. I guess that's what happens to a 10 plus year old...

What did you do "IN" your garage today?

Wife accumulated an extra set of cushions for the outdoor furniture, and I dont have a shed, I'm tired of putting stuff in the crawlspace, and I've been wanting to do this for some time so I built an overhead storage rack in the garage. Has really freed up some space and I plan to continue it...

Strain relief for thhn in conduit

Engineer is specifically calling for a strain relief device in the drawings. Spoke with the local electrical supply house and they say they have seen a couple different things. Have a job with conduit running up a ladder and specs are calling for sch 80 PVC and junction boxes. Each junction box is supposed to have strain relief for the thhn conductors. Only strain relief I have used is the Chinese finger type for cable. Has anyone used something that fits inside...

    Old Quincy Compressor

Thanks for all the input guys. Definitely got me thinking about getting it running again. Hate to see something like this go to waste. With a ROC of 11 how old is it? I saw another forum or thread where a guy had an 1971 325 ROC 13, so late 60's maybe?
