    I don't think it was gambling, just easier to take the old floor covering off before we got to the bare concrete and like I said, plenty of water to break it down, once it dried, we then took a grinder to it any way.

    Plenty of water from the power washer, squeeged dry, and then take a diamond grinder to it, so far no problem.

    Thank's for the reply Mlynch, but now I have more questions than I did before! In reading their add, they state that the product needs to be re-applied yearly for commercial use, or every two/three years for residential use, this leads me to believe that a residue, or coating is left behind?
