I taught my kids this, and I share with you. Prepaid Mastercard and Visa. You buy a prepaid card at Walmart or other retailer ... or even at your bank branch. No personal information goes on it. You use this to make all your online purchases ... once the card is empty, the number is dead.

A fast version of this is to turn a can of keyboard cleaner (compressed air?) upside down and spray. Not quite as cold as dry ice, but much easier to find and it'll tell you whether or not the ice is likely to work.
