Yea yea, I know. A bit neat and tidy, but the end product gives me a lawn that looks like it was never disturbed. Appreciate the comments. Not sure how the innards will shake out yet.
Bought everything when "On sale" at Menards. Are you near Menards? Familiar with it? They help with all the design work and do a complete project material list with costs. I gave them my hand-drawn plans, and we went from there. I'm not a builder, I'm an elementary classroom teacher...
Thanks! And yup, around these parts of N.A. we call 'em Adirondacks. These were built by a guy in our area. Most solid Adirondacks I've ever seen. 2 x 6's, screws, glue, and such. $200 for the pair!
Thanks, my Hoosier friend. See you're from Greentown. Our daughter and family live in Greenfield, east of Indy. We live here in Hamilton, MI in a sub called Greenfield Estates. I'm a Spartan fan... Go Green!
Hey, I remember you and your barn project down there in Arkansas. I spent quite a while looking at your project not too long ago. I was amazed and very drawn to the story as you progressed. I like it! I think it turned out very very nice. Congrats on the project so far.
