it's pretty simple, I hung 2 this weekend. the top rail is fixed, just holes. But the bottom has slots to mount the rail on, so you just leave it loose and you have about 2" of play to set it in the bottom channel, then tighten it.

yup, I jumped on that 8 set deal yesterday too. They are the shorter 32" tracks, but it's still 24' plus some hooks.
