Yes go ahead and put the geo down and go about living your life without worry of your driveway disappearing. I’m building a house right now and we were able to put a driveway in even with all the rain we’ve been getting thanks to the geo.

Stud it out, install insulation, install vapor barrier over the insulation, then install your inside liner panel or drywall etc.
