As of 8-19 there seems to be several sets of Kreg PRS-3400 setup blocks on ebay in the low $30s with no bids. Don't know if that helps or not.

I was in the Meijers in Defiance, OH today. All Channellock 50% off. Bought some. Tekton sets, hammers, clamps and wrenchs buy 1, get 1 50% off. Vises, composite ratchets 50% off. Bought a 4 inch vise for $25 and a couple 72 tooth composite ratchets cheaper than HF.

My go to nutdrivers are the craftsman trianglular handles from the 80's. They have a great grip and allow a great deal of torque to be placed on the fastener. I've never been able to find a metric set though.
