    Why Can't You ??????

    clean your concrete floors using TSP, apply a standard concrete stain, spread fleks color of choice and then epoxy over? Is there a reason something like this wouldn't work??

    Try "bull nose" corner bead - if you can get it in your area - it makes for a truly nice/different looking outside corner - rounded edge instead of the standard old 90 degree square.     DON'T USE RUBBER ROOF if you're going to also use the roof as a deck. Numerous mfg.'s make a self-adhering (peel-n-stick) product called Modified Bitumen. If you want to put down insulation board, you will need to add wood nailers on the perimeter and then adhere the insulation down as well...
