what is your floor coated with?

I realize these are different (sealer vs coating) but I'm interested in both for the same reason - durable, easy to apply, easy to clean. Would one make more sense for me than the other? Mostly used for parking trucks and motorcycles, and light duty work - oil changes, brakes, wheel swaps...

following, Im intersted in hellfire as well. I've seen mostly positive reviews, but a couple that have me hesitant.

I want to do something with my brand new garage floor, mainly to avoid oil stains and reduce dust. I've read a thousand pages about each option and am still stuck between an epoxy/poly floor, Hellfire, or just a simple spray on sealer. I think any of them would repel oil fine, but what happens...

Getting close now….insulated and radiant heat down. Pouring the floor in a few days. Then the dreaded floor coating decision but leaning towards Hellfire or TS210….finally getting excited and see a finish line!

This product has my attention. If I pressure wash and acid wash my garage floor, I can just spray it on and it makes it not stain, and glossy? Is that correct?
