    Sorry no pics yet, but my garage is built using 6x6's and I put a 2x10 on the inside of the garage to act as a concrete form, so after it was poured there was the witdh of the 6x6 between the concrete and the outside wall. The spray foam guys just filled in that void with spray foam..

    Anyone have a rubber mat to protect work bench top?

    I belong to an asphalt racing team and we have a lady who a couple times a year stops and takes our old tires and cuts the side walls off of them. there around 15 x 83. We give them to her free, it cost us $2.00 to get rid of them so whatever she takes saves us money.

    i have 2 acres done and did 6 for my moms and have had no problems. Try contacting invisable fence they use a wire that is specially coated it looks like tv cable. When you have a break or have to just spice two pieces together go get a pump splice kit for wells, there made to be under water.

    Spent most of the day in the garage today, started out at 50, turned the natural gas heater up and got it to 65 in about 30 min.

    Vapor Barrier in Metal Buildings

    You might want to look into spray in foam, it seals of all drafts and works as a vapor barrier, a little more pricey, but well worth it.

    Thanks for the help guys, I've got the guy who installed it coming back down to take a second look at the door, said he might be able to install a normal track sense i'm using a jack shaft opener, just might lose a little height like John said. I'll update once he shows up, in the mean time...
