    It's only for reverse channel letters. I can go to .063 which would probably help. It would only be welded a couple places and probably use LORDS for the rest of the letter.

    Actually, the Miller Diversion 180 is the one I meant to list as the other one I'm looking at. They have $400 rebate right now which is nice. Is that the best choice? It's what I'm looking at. I don't need clean looking welds. They will all be very hidden from view.
