I've got the VIM hex and torx master sets. They were dirt cheap for the number of tools. When they break (I've broken maybe 5 hex bits in about 5 years) I call VIM directly and they mail me out a new one with no hassle.

Another vote for VIM. I've had my 2 big sets of torx and hex bit sockets for almost 5 years now and of the 2 or 3 that I have broken, one call to the company in California gets me a new one mailed out no charge and no questions asked. I have never even had to provide a proof of purchase!
