So what does your manual say fc_4 code is? Have you tested your battery voltage?

I had an issue with my Briggs 17kw with a low battery voltage code. It would not start on automatic but would on manual start. Battery was low voltage at times. Replaced with new battery and problem solved. So yes I did read the thread.

Check your battery.
