Your blast pressure is too high, causing the media to disintegrate upon impact and cause the dust storm. Turn the blast pressure down to about 60 and it'll last longer with less dust.

Those are good, consistent compression numbers. The plugs look good as well, good running engine. With a compression test and plugs, you can tell a lot about the health of an engine. I sometimes also do a leakdown test to round it out.
