No issue with water drainage with the Free Flow tiles. Those are the ones I have. If you have heavier items you might want to go with the more solid tiles or the free form XL tiles.

The regular racedeck tiles (12"x12") come already snapped together in 24x24" pieces so if you design your layout so that everything is in 24x24" same color squares, columns, or rows you will actually have a quicker install. Basically, 4 tiles come snapped together already in the shipping box...
