    Welder/plasma cart

scary looks like you spent some time in my garage while I was gone, just about all the same welding gear, plasma, and helmet. only difference is the mig I have an older millermatic 175. oh and your welders are much cleaner looking then mine.

Re: Trailer ramp to steep! raise your hitch height.

What do you wish were easier about getting custom CNC plasma parts fabricated?

worst part for me is getting off my *** and drawing the part then having to send it to the garage. next hard part is emptying the garage dragging the plasma table out, filling it with water then firing everything up. I guess I'm no help

nice bench, had never thought of going medieval on the wood to give it distressed look, might have to do that on my "another bench build pt2" thread when I start that project.

again seems like I'm spinning my wheels on this project with as long as it's been taking, but starting to add some color. sad part is now I'm looking at the end of July before I can come close to finishing this project and this is my last update till then. Most of the weight is going to be in the bottom. I guess I never mentioned that only the up rights and lower section is 2.5" 3/16". All the cabinet stuff is 2" x 1/8" and 16ga sheet. None of the cabinet hangs past the 3/4 mark of the center line of the profile. As I mentioned before I can...

Post some picture everyone likes pictures, plus it's always the small twist everyone has that might inspire the next build. I looked at a ton of builds all over the net, and each one I pulled a little something from. From the start I was looking at 1" plus top girded out or slots, stout frame...

Simple way to make a flat tray with sides

a little late to the party but for future builds on a pan like this what I do in my cad drawings is add a small circle to the inside corners it allows for a tighter bend with a little less work. this small circle can be done with a drill, drill first, then cut into the drilled hole. one reason...

Shooting for 3/8" for the top but haven't bought it yet, was planning on picking it up this week but plans change, such as life. Me and the wife talked a little and it may end up mid/ late July before I pick up the top. Looks like I have to go to a school may/June then vacation the next day...

Also wanted to add thanks for the comments good bad or indifferent. I'm just a hobby guy and sort of make it up as I go along. If any one has a link to some good latches that would be great. On the top heavy, as a test I opened up the doors and was able to do a pull up from the door at full...

I have been getting the top heavy comment a lot. I don't think it's going to be all that top heavy once I put a 3/8" top on and add **** to the tool bins. Right now I've been rolling it around working on it and it's very stable. The stuff I plan on putting in the top bin is more tools I don't...
