The holes are 18 inches wwide and 4 feet deep. The pole is set on a bed of dry concrete mix then mix is poured 18 inches up the pole then the rest is flled with dirt and packed down. Barn is solid as a rock!

My pole barn has no pole on a 30 ft span.12 ft/ ceilings. Also has a 12X30 room upstairs. Love it. On my other property with a 30X50 garage that is all concrete, walls floors and floor in the apt above (all radiant heat also) only has 10 ft ceilings but all the plumbing and drainage comes thru...

I think the trim on an Artic Silver box would look better.

The blue on my box is the guard, trim, cover etc. is what I am referring to. I am going to ask my dealer what the cost of switching over is. Probably won't do it since when I asked him how much it was to switch out my casters to the low profile chrome versions and it was somewhere in the area of...

Has anyone seen the new lime green drawer edge guards and box trim? My Snap On dealer had a black double bank with the trim on it.....looked great! I may have to switch over to it from the blue.

We have been tossing things around and have about 30 different scenarios to go through. Did I mention the MIL's house has a 32wX50d garage with radiant heat. Also a 1750sq. ft. apartment above which is another rental property. Decisions Decisions!

My mother in law passed away on Nov. 27th and the house (1 house away from ours) was left to my wife. We are going to keep this place and rent the house out so we can use the garage. Just not going to be the same. The overhang is 10-12 inches.

All this and now I have to move......rent the house of sell it? If I rent I will live close enough to use the garage.
