Not power troweled an I know there was no sealer used. Contactor suggested I do it, but I haven't. Have some water seeping in by doors and running to wall between doors. Have contractor coming to look and fix befor I finish floor. Will hopefully be ordering within a week. How do I test adhesion?

I like that rust bullet doesn't need prep. Being my floor is new, I should be able to just blow it out and apply, correct? Also, what do you recommend for new driveway and walkway? Concern there is mainly freezing in winter.
