I have an old hip roof barn and am trying to figure out a way to take the roof off. Can't afford a crew or a crane. Any ideas? It needs new shingles but I'd rather just lift the roof off, put trusses on, and turn it into another garage as I don't use the loft area. Best pics I have of the barn...
