The feet mounted on the bottom appear to use an 8mm x 1.25mm thread, so I can't imagine that it'd be too hard to mount casters on the legs. The threads on the receiving end would probably be the weak point, but I think they'd hold up considering the feet are designed to be adjustable.

I've had one of these for a few months now. I use it with my Android phone and love it. A couple of weeks ago when my girlfriend's Mazda 3 popped a CEL, I used it to check it, diagnose a dirty EGR valve, and clear the fault after cleaning it. Definitely worth $10.
