If you drop something, let it fall. Pertaining to the instances where you possibly drop something in the engine bay while it's running. Fans and pullies are not forgiving.

The garage isn't anything special, but I make it an important rule to always refill when there are less than 10 bottles or cans left. That way I never run dry.

I agree with Phatsub about knowing where everything is. I also believe there's always something comforting about your own space. Oh and my garage always has beer ready to be consumed.
