I have an older Onkyo receiver in my unconditioned garage. It gets used almost daily. It has survived mid Atlantic humidity and temperature extremes for at least 5 years.
Can you fix both and sell the one you don't use? Posted this 👆as I was typing. Still seems like a bunch of work for minimal return. Do you have the equipment to move them and set them up? How much is your time worth? How soon do you want to have a car up in the air?
I scored this deal a couple weeks ago. Good looking products. The scanner has lots of cool stuff that I'm gonna have to figure out how to use. The circuit tester is similar to a Power Probe except this unit has the lower voltages output that my Power Probe lacks. Seems like a useful upgrade. The...
I have two of them. Like a lot of tools, you don't need it until you do. I knew people that used to work in that factory. Many years ago. The factory is gone and I'm pretty sure the land hasn't been re-developed yet. Time marches on...
Yep. I regret not making it bigger. Decide what you want to use the porch for. Then make it bigger! A little more depth would allow me to completely cover my golf cart. YMMV
I have the Eastwood version. I've done 100's of flares and not had any problems. This is waaay easier than the handheld units. They all do look similar tho. Hard to say without a side by side comparison. Cheaper units are probably cheaper for a reason.
I have the primeweld 60. It hasn't given me any trouble or any reason to think it will. I am an occasional user. Maybe once or twice a week. As said above, practice helps. Whatever you buy, playing with torch angle, speed, current settings and air pressure and post flow time will definitely...
What does the manufacturer of the paint you're going to use recommend? Better prep usually results in a better/longer lasting paint job, but I'm not sure where overkill starts. Is there an area you can try a sample on?
