They are supposed to be professional-grade, high quality, and Made in the USA. Although, last I heard, they are probably just Assembled in the USA (Not "Made....." here any more). But if the quality is still there, and they are Assembled in the USA, then.... I would prefer to go that route...

I am looking for a new floor jack and I was interested in this one..... Hein Werner HW93652 3-Ton Floor Jack. When I look online they seem a lot harder to find for sale. And if I look for their website, it looks like it is 'not working'. I know Hein-Werner is apparently owned by Shinn Fu...
