That chalkboard wall idea is a good idea, but I instead see a wall with: a large stenciled Guzzi chalkboard, a large stenciled Hasselblad chalkboard, and a variety of a few smaller stenciled Festool chalkboards. Maybe some mid century modern stenciled pottery and furniture chalkboards, too. :D

Selfish of me, I know, but I vote for you to skip the 3000+ miles so as to free up more time for the house. :thumbup:
