Chad- Been researching a Snap-On ratchet for my father-in-law and yours is the closest I have come. I'll put a pic of it up when I see him again and take one, but it is 18" long, has a 5/8" drive, is reversible like yours, and has 'Patent applied for' written on one side. No numbers at all...
